Field Service
SOLARMAN will provide field services for product installation and commissioning.
Notice: Extra fees will be charged for field service overseas.
Customer Training
IGEN Tech will provide product training for our partners and end-users, including product installation, system application (software and hardware), Q&A, and others subjected to specific requirement.
Warranty
Within warranty period, we provide free maintenance service to solve all non-artificial quality problems if the product is under normal usage circumstance. If the product exceeds warranty period,we deal with cases by referring to <IGEN Warranty Terms>.
